Enrique Gomez de Molina is a Cuban artist who was born in 1963, in Havana, and currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.

Basically self-taught, Gomez de Molina follows his father steeps in taxidermy. Gomez de Molina’s incredible, beautiful and strange creatures are hybrids created of parts from different animals. He is conveying the beauty of life and the possibility of death in one piece. He is talking about extinction and conservation, and the efforts to preserve fauna and nature.
